Today, the students of Environmental Sciences, Level 12, went on an educational tour to Dachigam National Park, one of the most renowned wildlife reserves in Jammu and Kashmir. The tour was organized to provide students with firsthand exposure to the rich biodiversity and natural heritage of the region.

During their visit, students observed various species of wild animals native to the park, gaining deeper insight into their habitats, behaviors, and conservation status. The guides and officials at the park provided informative sessions, helping students connect their textbook knowledge with real-world ecology.

In addition to the wildlife experience, the students were also taken to the Trout Fish Farm, where they learned about trout breeding, aquatic ecosystems, and sustainable fish farming practices.

The tour was not only educational but also an eye-opener about the importance of preserving wildlife and ecological balance.
