Students Visit Saag Eco Village for Environmental Awareness

A group of students from the Environmental Club of our Institute visited Saag Eco Village, Ganderbal, under the supervision of Mr. G. R. Mir, HOD Social Sciences.

The trip was organised by Who is Hussain (AS), a non-profit organisation dedicated to community welfare and awareness programs. Mr. Zaib, Task Manager, Higher Department, and Mr. Haris from the Department of Activities also accompanied the students.

During the visit, students gained valuable awareness about the importance of the Three R’s – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. They also participated enthusiastically in various activities organised by the host organisation and performed commendably.

The trip proved to be highly fruitful and beneficial, enhancing the students’ understanding of environmental conservation and sustainable living practices.
