Today, the Secondary Department organized a vibrant Food Fest featuring the enthusiastic participation of the boys of Class 10. The event brought forth a delightful array of food items, each prepared and presented by the students themselves at various creatively arranged stalls.
What made this fest truly special was the live preparation of food students cooked their dishes on the spot, showcasing not just their culinary abilities but also their teamwork, creativity, and time management skills. It was a refreshing experience to see the boys don aprons and take charge of their stalls with such confidence and enthusiasm. It was indeed, a heartening sight of “men at work.”
The event was meticulously planned and supervised by Mr. Ajaz Andrabi (Coordinator), Mr. Zaib (Task Manager), and the effort of educators especially Ms. Anis, whose guidance and coordination played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the fest. Each element of the activity, from planning the menu to managing the stalls, was thoughtfully designed to encourage active student involvement.
The objective behind the event was to foster life skills such as planning, communication, collaboration, and entrepreneurship among the students. Through this hands-on learning experience, the boys not only explored their interests in food and hospitality but also developed a sense of responsibility and accomplishment.
Overall, the Food Fest turned out to be a delicious success filled with aroma, laughter, and learning, leaving both the participants and the spectators with lasting memories and a taste of self-reliance.
