Today, the school hosted an inter-school quiz competition titled “The Catalyst: Think Buzz and Conquer,” organised by the Aakash Educational Institute. The quiz featured a wide range of questions spanning science, history, linguistics and other general subjects. Alongside G.V.E.I, teams from R.P. School Girls, R.P. Boys and Crescent Public School participated in the competition.

Representing G.V.E.I, Katif (Grade 9), Kamil, and Zaid (Grade 10) delivered a remarkable performance, showcasing sharp wit and logical thinking throughout the contest. The competition culminated in an intense final round where Crescent Public School emerged as the winner. Students in the audience also actively engaged in the quiz by answering questions.

The event was attended by Principal Mr. Riyaz Kathjoo and Activities Head Mr. Rafi Ahmed Badri, who lauded the students for their enthusiasm and performance. Deputy Director of Aakash Educational Institute, Mr. Syed Owais Malik, felicitated the participants with certificates.
